Given: a shell of radius R carrying total charge Q; the point at r = R/2 lies inside it.
Idea: inside a uniformly charged shell the field is zero, so the potential is the same everywhere inside as on the surface.
Surface potential: V = Q/(4πε₀R).
So at r = R/2, V = Q/(4πε₀R) — the same value, unchanged by the halving of r.
