Idea: between large parallel plates the potential falls steadily across the gap, so the field is uniform: E = V/d.

The equipotentials are equally spaced planes parallel to the plates, so ⃗E has the same size and direction at every point between them — it does not matter that P sits near the positive plate and Q near the negative one.

Force on each electron: F = eE = (eV)/d, the same at P and at Q (directed towards the positive plate, since the electron's charge is negative).

So the electric forces acting on both the electrons are the same.
