Given: flux per turn changes from φ₁ to φ₂; N turns; total resistance R.
Idea: the induced emf drives a current through the resistance, and charge is current multiplied by time.
Average emf over the change (taking time t): ε = (N(φ₂-φ₁))/t in magnitude.
Average current: I = ε/R = (N(φ₂-φ₁))/(Rt).
Charge: q = It = (N(φ₂-φ₁))/R.
The time cancels: the charge depends only on the change in flux linkage and the resistance, not on how fast the change happens.
So q = (N(φ₂-φ₁))/R.
