Idea: read off which input combination is the odd one out.
The output is 0 for exactly one row, A=1 and B=1, and 1 for the other three.
An AND gate is the gate that is 1 only when both inputs are 1.
This table is its complement, so the gate is Y=A· B, a NAND gate.
