Idea: three of these are standard results; one has the carriers of n-type material the wrong way round.
An n-type crystal is made with pentavalent donors, each of which contributes a free electron.
So electrons are the majority carriers in n-type material and holes are the minority.
The statement that holes are the majority in n-type is therefore the false one.
