An electric heater works by Joule heating of a resistance wire carrying a conduction current
from the supply: no induction is involved at all.
An induction furnace, by contrast, deliberately induces large eddy currents in a metal charge to
melt it, and magnetic braking uses the eddy currents induced in a moving conductor to oppose its
motion, by Lenz's law.
So the electric heater is the odd one out.
