Reduce the network from the far corner F towards B.

A→ F→ E: 3+3=6 Ω, in parallel with AE=6 Ω: 3 Ω between A and E.

Add ED=3 Ω: 6 Ω, in parallel with AD=6 Ω: 3 Ω between A and D.

Add DC=3 Ω: 6 Ω, in parallel with AC=6 Ω: 3 Ω between A and C.

Add CB=3 Ω: 6 Ω, in parallel with AB=3 Ω.

R_AB=(6×3)/(6+3)=2 Ω.
