Given: electric flux.
Idea: start from the definition Φ_E=EA cos θ, in which cos θ is a pure number and contributes nothing.
[E]=([F])/([q])=(M¹L¹T⁻²)/(T¹A¹)=M¹L¹T⁻³A⁻¹.
[A]=L², so [Φ_E]=M¹L³T⁻³A⁻¹.
A quick check on the length: a flux is a field times an area, so it must carry one more power of length than the two the area brings -- three in all.
So the dimensions of electric flux are M¹L³T⁻³A⁻¹.
