Idea: balance charge and nucleon number separately. Call the missing fragment ^A_ZX.
Charge: 92+0=Z+41+0, so Z=51 — antimony.
Nucleons: 235+1=A+99+4, so A=236-103=133.
The missing fragment is ¹³³₅₁Sb.
The trap here is the pair of half-right options: one balances only the charge, the other only the mass number. Both counts have to come out.
