Idea: along the spectrum the wavelength falls as the process producing the radiation grows more energetic.
Of the four, infrared is the longest, then ultraviolet, then X-rays at about 10⁻¹⁰ m.
γ-rays come out of nuclear transitions, the most energetic process here, so their wavelength is the smallest, about 10⁻¹² m and below.
So gamma rays have the minimum wavelength.
