Given: 64 identical small drops of radius r merge into one big drop of radius R.
Idea: volume is conserved, and an isolated sphere has C = 4πε₀R, so C ∝ R.
4/3π R³ = 64×4/3π r³, so R³ = 64r³ and R = 4r.
(C_big)/(Cₛₘₐₗₗ) = R/r = 4.
So the ratio is 4:1. (The charge on the drops does not affect their capacitance.)
