Given: u = 6×10¹⁴ Hz; take h = 6.63×10⁻³⁴ J s.
Idea: the energy of one photon is E = h u.
E = 6.63×10⁻³⁴×6×10¹⁴ = 39.8×10⁻²⁰ J
E = 3.98×10⁻¹⁹ J ≈ 4×10⁻¹⁹ J
So each photon carries about 4×10⁻¹⁹ J.
