Idea: conductance measures how easily a conductor passes current; it is the reciprocal of resistance.
G=1/R, and Ohm's law gives R=V/I.
So G=I/V, whose unit is (ampere)/(volt).
This unit is the siemens (S), also written mho or Ω⁻¹.
The property of the material itself is the conductivity σ=1/ρ, measured in S m⁻¹; no option has that form, so the question means the conductance.
