Given: n = 10 resistors, each R = 2 Ω.
Idea: all in series gives the maximum resistance; all in parallel gives the minimum.
Rₘₐₓ = nR = 10×2 = 20 Ω.
Rₘᵢₙ = R/n = 2/(10) = 0.2 Ω.
(Rₘₐₓ)/(Rₘᵢₙ) = (20)/(0.2) = 100, which is n².
So the ratio of the maximum to the minimum resistance is 100.
