Idea: check the definition of each, then ask separately about units and about dimensions.
θ=(arc)/(radius)=([L])/([L])
Ω=(area)/((radius)²)=([L²])/([L²])
Both are pure ratios, so both are dimensionless.
They are still measured in named units, the radian and the steradian.
So they have units but no dimensions.
