Idea: ask whether a rise in the input voltage makes the output rise or fall.
In common base the input drives the emitter and the output is taken at the collector.
An increase in emitter current produces an increase in collector current, and the output voltage follows it up.
Input and output therefore move together, so the phase difference is zero.
