Convection carries heat by the bulk movement of a fluid.
Warmer fluid expands, becomes less dense, and is pushed upward by the surrounding denser fluid.
That buoyant push exists only because gravity gives the fluid weight and sets up a pressure gradient.
In free fall or in orbit, with no effective gravity, convection currents do not form.
Conduction, radiation and mechanical stirring all work without gravity, so convection is the answer.
