Given: L=[ML²T⁻²A⁻²], C=[M⁻¹L⁻²T⁴A²], R=[ML²T⁻³A⁻²].
RC=[T] and L/R=[T] and √LC=[T].
L/C=([ML²T⁻²A⁻²])/([M⁻¹L⁻²T⁴A²])=[M²L⁴T⁻⁶A⁻⁴].
That is a resistance squared, not a time, so L/C is the odd one.
