Idea: a pascal is [ML⁻¹T⁻²] and multiplying by a second adds one power of time.
[ML⁻¹T⁻²][T]=[ML⁻¹T⁻¹].
That is the dimension of the coefficient of viscosity, whose SI unit is indeed the pascal-second.
