A: a spring constant is force per unit length, [MT⁻²]=[ML⁰T⁻²], so (II).
B: thermal conductivity comes from Q/t=kA(Δ T)/l, giving [MLT⁻³K⁻¹], so (IV).
C: Boltzmann's constant is energy per kelvin, [ML²T⁻²K⁻¹], so (I).
D: inductive reactance is measured in ohms, [ML²T⁻³A⁻²], so (III).
Hence A-II, B-IV, C-I, D-III.
