Heat capacity is Q/(Δ T) for the whole body, with no mass in it, so its unit is J K⁻¹: (A)-(II).
Specific heat capacity is that same quantity per unit mass, Q/(mΔ T), so J kg⁻¹ K⁻¹: (B)-(III).
Latent heat is Q/m at constant temperature, so no kelvin appears: J kg⁻¹, (C)-(I).
Thermal conductivity comes from (dQ)/(dt)=(KAΔ T)/L, so K=((J s⁻¹)(m))/((m²)(K))=J m⁻¹ K⁻¹ s⁻¹: (D)-(IV).
