Red and blue are different parts of the visible band: red ≈ 700 nm, blue ≈ 450 nm, so the wavelengths differ
In the same medium λ u = c is fixed, so a different λ forces a different u: uᵣed ≈ 4.3 × 10¹⁴ Hz u_blue ≈ 6.7 × 10¹⁴ Hz
Both quantities therefore differ
