Idea: take each quantity from its own defining ratio.
(a) R=V/I, so [R]=(M¹L²T⁻³A⁻¹)/(A¹)=M¹L²T⁻³A⁻² -- that is (q).
(b) V=W/q=(M¹L²T⁻²)/(T¹A¹)=M¹L²T⁻³A⁻¹ -- that is (r).
(c) specific resistance (resistivity) ρ=(RA)/ℓ, so [ρ]=M¹L²T⁻³A⁻²×L¹=M¹L³T⁻³A⁻² -- that is (p).
(d) specific conductance σ=1/ρ=M⁻¹L⁻³T³A², which is not in List-II -- so it is (s).
So (a) - (q), (b) - (r), (c) - (p), (d) - (s).
