Idea: write inductance from its two defining relations and read off the units.
Φ=LI gives L=Φ/I: Wb A⁻¹, which is the henry, H.
ε=L(dI)/(dt) gives V=H·A s⁻¹, so H=V s A⁻¹.
Now Wb s A⁻¹=(Wb A⁻¹)×s=H s, which carries an extra second.
So Wb s A⁻¹ is not a unit of inductance.
