Given: total energy Eₜₒₜ=-2E. Which orbit it is does not matter.
Idea: in every Bohr orbit K=(ke²)/(2r) and U=-(ke²)/r, so Eₜₒₜ=K+U=U/2.
Hence U=2Eₜₒₜ.
U=2×(-2E)=-4E.
